    Unwashed, fertile hatching eggs from our flock. Sold by the dozen or half dozen. We have several pure breed options, some production hybrid options,  as well as a discounted "barnyard" mix option to choose from. 
     
    ++Due to the various factors beyond our control during the incubation process, we cannot guarantee a hatch for you.  That will depend on your handling of the eggs and your incubation process. 
     
    **We do guarantee that all hatching eggs sold are fertile and no more than 5 days old at the time of sale.
     
    **Hatch rates will be higher if you pick the eggs up at our farm, but we can also ship if necessary.

    • Disclaimer

      We are not responsible for the success of your hatch.  We guarantee that all hatching eggs we sell are fertile are are packaged with the greatest of care.  We will ship hatching eggs as they are available February - October.  Variations in temperature and the nature of shipping eggs via the USPS may impact hatch rates, so please plan accordingly.  It is the buyer's responsibility to plan for temperature fluctuations and mishandling in shipping, not the seller. 

       

      We do our best to ship on Monday or Tuesday of each week to ensure that your eggs arrive before the weekend.  Please allow one day to "rest" the eggs when they arrive before setting them in the incubator.

    • Tips for Success

      To ensure the best chance for a successful hatch, here are some of our best tips: 

          * If you are local and can pick your eggs up at our farm, please do so.  Less time in transit = less stress on the eggs which usually yields a higher hatch rate.

          * If you will be recieving your eggs via USPS, please plan to pick your eggs up at the Post office.  Open your package and check for damage while at the Post Office.  If any of your eggs are damaged, you can file a claim at the Post Office, or let us know immediately.

          *Once you get your eggs home, allow them to "rest" for one day before setting them in the incubator.  This is a great time to get that incubator set to the right temp and humidity so it's all ready to go!

          *After the day of rest, get those eggs into the incubator!  The eggs we ship are guaranteed to be less than 5 days old, but as eggs reach one week old, their fertility will decline.
